How to Manage Your Account in DigitalTCO
Managing your DigitalTCO account is straightforward and designed to provide flexibility for your needs. This guide outlines the steps to manage your subscription, pause your account, or request account deletion.
Accessing Your Account Settings
- Navigate to the Profile Section:
- On the left-hand sidebar, click Customize, then select Profile.
- Manage Subscription:
- On the right-hand side of the Profile page, click the Manage Subscription button.
- You will be redirected to the payment platform.
- Log in to the Payment Portal:
- Enter the email address associated with your DigitalTCO account.
- Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for a link to your Customer Portal.
- Manage Your Subscription:
- Through the Customer Portal, you can:
- Update payment details.
- Cancel your subscription.
- Review billing history.

Pausing Your Subscription
If you plan to take a break, such as changing jobs or taking an extended leave, you can cancel your subscription without losing your data.
- Cancel Your Subscription:
- Log in to the Customer Portal and cancel your subscription.
- DigitalTCO will retain your templates for one year, unless you request them to be deleted.
- Reactivating Your Account Later:
- Simply visit digitaltco.co.uk and click Sign Up.
- Log in using your previous account credentials, and you’ll be prompted to re-register.
Requesting Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your account:
- Contact Us:
- Email help@digitaltco.co.uk with the email address you used to sign up.
- Account Deletion Process:
- We will process your request and confirm once your account has been deleted.
