If you need to change the email address linked to your DigitalTCO account, please follow this process. Due to security settings, email addresses cannot be swapped directly, but we’ll ensure the transition is smooth and your data stays intact.


Steps to Update Your Email Address

  1. Create a New Account with the New Email
    • Visit the DigitalTCO website and sign up for a new trial account using your new email address.
  2. Notify Support
    • After creating the new account, reply to our support email or reach out via help@digitaltco.co.uk, letting us know you’ve set it up. Include both:
      • Your old email address
      • Your new email address
  3. We’ll Handle the Rest
    • Our team will:
      • Transfer all your data, including templates, notes, and account settings, to the new account.
      • Adjust the payment schedule so you don’t lose any paid time.
      • Close the old account to avoid duplicate charges.
