If you find that the line spacing in your notes appears too large or the formatting looks strange, this may be due to the recent format update on DigitalTCO. This may occur most commonly in Exact or SOE or Software of Excellence. Here’s how you can resolve the issue:

1. Understand the New Copy Buttons:
   • Copy Rich: This button copies the notes with all the rich text formatting, including specific spacing, bold text, and other styling.

   • Copy Simple: This button copies the notes as plain text, which removes all formatting and provides a clean, basic version.

     Try Both Options:

   • Use the Copy Rich button if you need the notes to retain their formatting.
   • Use the Copy Simple button if you prefer a straightforward, unformatted version. This option often resolves spacing or appearance issues.
