How to Edit or Change a Note in DigitalTCO
If you’ve noticed something wrong in a note after creating it, don’t worry—DigitalTCO provides an edit functionality to help you make corrections easily.
Steps to Edit a Note
- Go to the Notes List
- Navigate to the Notes List in DigitalTCO and locate the note you want to edit.
- Open the Note
- Click on the note you’d like to modify.
- Click the "Edit Note" Button
- In the bottom-right corner, you’ll see a button labeled Edit Note.
- Click it, and the note will load into CHEET (the edit bot).
- Dictate the Changes
- Speak clearly to describe the correction. For example:
- “I made a mistake. Please change Upper Left 6 to Upper Left 7.”
- Press the Send button to process your changes.

- Wait for Processing
- The bot may take a moment to process your request.
- If the note looks odd in CHEET, don’t worry—this is temporary.
- Check the Updated Note
- Go back to the Notes List, where you’ll find the newly edited note.
- Open it, and you’ll see the changes applied.
- Copy and Paste if Needed
- If the final note isn’t exactly as you need, you can open it, copy the updated content, and make any additional refinements manually.
Key Points to Remember
- Edit Bot (CHEET): Use the edit bot to dictate changes and let the system handle the rest.
- Patience with Processing: It may take a moment for the changes to reflect, but the final result will appear in the Notes List.
- Copy and Paste for Refinements: If further tweaks are needed, you can always make manual edits to the updated note - or do another CHEET edit.
