How to Change Your Dental Notes in DigitalTCO

Editing or modifying your dental notes in DigitalTCO is simple and flexible. Once a dental note has been created, it is not permanently fixed—you can easily update or refine it. Follow these steps to make changes to your notes:

Editing an Existing Note

Access Your Notes List:
- Navigate to the Notes List on the left-hand side menu.
- Click on the note you wish to edit.
Reload and Modify the Exam:
- Press Reload Exam to regenerate the note.
  Choose from different icons at the top to modify the format:
  - Select a more concise note.
  - Choose a more detailed note.
  - Adjust the structure to better suit your needs.
Generate a New Note:
- After selecting your preferred settings, press the Aeroplane Icon ✈️ to send it back to the AI for reprocessing.

Reusing a Transcript

If you prefer to use an existing transcript differently:

Go back into the Notes List.
Copy the transcript from the existing note.
Paste it into a different section (e.g., Exam Notes or Super Dentist Cheat Mode).
Adjust the settings as needed before regenerating the note.
