We’ve found that most users don’t need to speak to us directly, as the platform is designed to be easy to use, update, and train staff on. Instead, we provide multiple self-service and direct support options to help you quickly find the answers you need.


How to Get Support

  • You’ll also find the Service Status page here, which shows if the platform is running normally.

  • Click the question mark (?) icon to access our help system.
  • This will provide instant answers to common questions.
  • If your query isn’t resolved, it will be sent to our support team, and we can provide short, customised video responses tailored to your question.
