Does DigitalTCO Have a Phone Number for Support?

Short answer: No, DigitalTCO does not have a phone support line.

We’ve found that most users don’t need to speak to us directly, as the platform is designed to be easy to use, update, and train staff on. Instead, we provide multiple self-service and direct support options to help you quickly find the answers you need.


How to Get Support

1️⃣ Complete the Onboarding Sidebar

  • On the right-hand side, you’ll find the Onboarding Sidebar, which walks you through everything step by step.

2️⃣ Watch Training Videos in the Knowledge Vault

  • Inside the Learn section (bottom-left sidebar), you’ll find the Knowledge Vault, which contains short, easy-to-follow videos explaining how DigitalTCO works.
  • You’ll also find the Service Status page here, which shows if the platform is running normally.

3️⃣ Use the Question Mark Button (Bottom-Right Corner)

  • Click the question mark (?) icon to access our help system.
  • This will provide instant answers to common questions.
  • If your query isn’t resolved, it will be sent to our support team, and we can provide short, customized video responses tailored to your question.
