Recovering Lost Audio in DigitalTCO

If you believe your audio has been lost while using Exam Notes, don’t worry—your audio is never lost as long as you have selected to save it. Follow these steps to recover and use your saved audio recording:

Step 1: Locate Your Saved Audio

1. Navigate to the Notes List in the top left-hand side menu.
2. Look for the saved audio under Audio Recording - Exam Notes.
3. You can find the audio file by searching using the time stamp or patient ID, if you have inputted one.
4. Click on the Audio Recording - Exam Note entry.

Step 2: Download Your Audio File

1. Once inside the saved recording, right-click on PC (or Control-click on Mac) on the middle of the screen.
2. Click on the Download button to save the file to your device.

Step 3: Re-upload the Audio to Exam Notes

1. Go back into Exam Notes.
2. Scroll to the bottom and find Upload Audio (WebM).
3. Open your Downloads folder and locate the downloaded audio file.
4. Click on the file and press Open to upload it.

Step 4: Generate Your Dental Note

1. Once the audio file is uploaded, it will be inputted into the Dental Observations box.
2. Press the Aeroplane Icon ✈️ to generate your dental note using the saved audio.
