How to Upload Different Logos for Multiple / Different Practices in DigitalTCO

If you work in multiple practices and need to upload different letterheads or logos for each individual practice, DigitalTCO makes it easy to manage them. Follow these steps to set up and switch between practice-specific logos and details.

Step 1: Adding a New Practice

  1. Navigate to Settings on the left-hand side.
  2. Click on Profile.
  3. On the top right-hand side, locate the Practice Management section.

    Click the Add Practice button at the bottom.

    A new form will appear where you can enter:

    • Practice Name
    • Address
    • Email
    • Postcode
    • Phone Number
  4. Once all details are entered, press Save Practice.

Step 2: Uploading a Logo for a Practice

  1. Below the Practice Details, locate the Practice Letterhead section.
  2. Click on Upload Logo.
  3. Drag and drop your logo file, or manually upload it from your computer.
  4. The logo will automatically save once uploaded.

Step 3: Switching Between Practices

When working from different practices, you can change the practice location to ensure the correct letterhead is applied.

  1. Navigate to Practice Management in your Profile.
  2. Select the practice you are currently working from.
  3. Click Choose Current Location.
  4. When switching to another practice on a different day, repeat this process and select the appropriate practice.

By selecting the correct practice location, DigitalTCO will automatically adjust the letterhead and logo accordingly when generating letters and documents. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to our support team!
