Troubleshooting After Recent DigitalTCO Update
If you're experiencing any issues, glitches, or unexpected behaviour after a recent update to DigitalTCO, don’t worry. These simple steps usually get things back on track quickly.
Step 1: Clear Your Browser Cache (Google Chrome)
Most problems are caused by outdated browser data. Here’s how to clear it:
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner of Chrome.
Go to More Tools → Clear Browsing Data.
In the pop-up window:
Set Time Range to All Time
Tick the following:
- ✅ Browsing History
- ✅ Cookies and other site data
- ✅ Cached images and files
- Click Clear Data.
- Close the browser completely.
- Reopen Chrome and log back into DigitalTCO.
Step 2: Record a Quick Video (If Issues Persist)
If the problem continues:
- Use your phone to record a quick video of your full screen.
- This helps us understand exactly what’s going wrong so we can fix it faster.
Bonus Step: Capture the Console Tab (Optional)
If you're comfortable doing this, a Console screenshot can provide helpful insight:
- Right-click anywhere on the DigitalTCO screen and select Inspect.
- A new mini window will appear covering the about a third to half of your screen.
- Along the top row on this new window, click the tab labelled Console.
- Take a photo of your full screen with the Console tab open.
Don’t worry if you can't do this part — the video alone is a big help.
Once you've followed these steps, send us your video (and Console screenshot if available), and we'll get to work on resolving it for you ASAP!
