New Updates: Troubleshooting Transcript Issues - Missing Transcript or Slow Processing
If you're noticing problems such as:
- Missing information from your transcript
- The AI taking too long to process your note
- Unexpected glitches or system lag
These may be related to using an outdated version of DigitalTCO. Here's how to check and resolve it quickly:
Step 1: Check Your Version
- Look at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen (just below the log out button).
- Find the version number listed there. It should say V1.0.49 or higher.
Step 2: Update Your Version
If you're not on V1.0.49 or above:
Simply refreshing the page.
