Why Aren’t My Templates Showing in the Template Box?

If you're on Exam Notes and can’t see the template you’re looking for, don’t worry — here’s how to find it quickly:


1. Use the Grey Template Selector Box

At the top left-hand side, next to the patient name or ID, you’ll see a grey box — this is your template selector.

  • Click the grey box.
  • The template currently loaded on the left-hand side will temporarily disappear.
  • Start typing the name of the template you want to use.
  • Click on your desired template — and it will immediately populate on the right-hand side.

2. Check Where You Uploaded Your Template

If you’ve uploaded your own templates and still can’t find them:

  • Make sure you uploaded them into Exam Templates, not Treatment Templates.
  • Only Exam Templates will appear when you’re in the Exam Notes section.
